IADT Zakat Application for Funds
IADT is a small community with a big heart. We solicit funds from our local community to support our efforts and to aid those locally who are in need of funds. We have a short application for those in need to complete, which can be downloaded below. Once downloaded, you can complete the form and submit it, along with your support documents, in person at the masjid before or after any salat.
